Ingredients1 cucumber, sliced thin1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Coarse salt and ground pepper
InstructionsSprinkle sliced cucumbers with salt, let stand 30 minutes.Then drain thoroughly.
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, dill and vinegar.
Add cucumbers, and toss to coat.
Refrigerate covered for a few hours before serving.
