what you can do is do about 15 or mins of yoga, or any kind of other back exercise but yoga is better. also, it can be your bed because of the spring pressure. in most cases you cant do anything because you been injured badly in your back.

Lots of rest, try not to do too much sport , as-well take a hot bath. If pain continuous see a doctor.
you get someone to massage it, or if it gets worse you have to go to a doctor to get a check up.

I had lower Back pain. I took Alleve at first. Then I read as much information about lower back pain as I could find. Then I saw a reliable doctor, who had me do physical therapy and gave me some injections to ease the inflammation of my back. Since then, I do exercises that help people with lower back pain, and I have not any lower back pain in a long time.

In the US you can see an osteopathic physician, or chiropractor

Everywhere else in the world you need to see either osteopath, chiropractor or physiotherapist. form my experience with long-term low back pain, i have tried all of them and find that osteopath works best. To me they are like a combination of chiropractor and physiotherpist put together. They very holistic, massages, manipulate and give exercise postural advices

Arch your back (while laying down) 'til you can't stand the pain then relax.Apply (Walmart) Equate muscle rub to the affected area(note do this b4 retiring about an hour,ok?See a Chiropractor for an adjustment. Or you go to one of thiose knife happy surgeons and take a chance that they won't make you a paraplegic for the rest of your life.

Additionally, a well balance exercise program that works and stretches both protagonist and antagonist muscles of the core will strengthen the back against injury. Proper form and a balanced approach is very important. Always keep your back straight and never allow it to hunch or sway when lifting. Lifting should be either done by hinging the hips or with the legs keeping the back straight.

Hello, it depends on the cause of your lower back pain. Is it acute, meaning has it been there for less than 3-4 weeks? If it's gone on longer than that, it's chronic pain. How did it happen? Depending on which category someone falls into, the methods for recovery can be different.

Generally speaking, if you are suffering from lower back pain, you want to do exercises that don't cause you any pain. It's important to move around to get your blood flowing and to strengthen your core and lower back muscles. Drink plenty of water, don't smoke, and try to not stay sitting or standing in one place for longer than 30-minute to an hour. If you need to sit or stand for a longer period of time due to work or something else, make sure you take short breaks to walk around and do light stretches. Don't flex over and do things like touching your toes. Instead, do back extensions while standing or laying down.
