You can apply for almost anything except jobs that involve serving alcohol or anything regarding an "adult" industry. My opinion (and if I had it to do over) don't just take "any" job. If you're planning to be a nurse in the future, try to take jobs in the medical field -- even if you only start out as a candy striper. If you want to be a park ranger, try to get into the park's teen employment program, etc. Don't just "take a job." Now is the time to establish a career path!
yes of course. anyone of the age 16 can.
No not if u have n STD.
There is nothing preventing a 16 year old from going into a restaurant. However, if they serve alcohol at the restaurant, different laws may apply and prevent them from going in.
Just go to the website it should be there and if you can be 16 you can apply on the website I'm sure
He can't. In the states where early emancipation is an option, you have to be 16 to apply.
Apply to the court for a change.
In several states you can apply for emancipation by the court at 16 but not in all of them. Unless you have parental permission or is emancipated you can not move out at 16.
you call a 16 year old girl a 16 year old girl
No and not with their consent either. You usually have to be at least 16 to apply.
Age of consent laws apply to minors as well as to adults involved in consensual sexual relationships. Although it is possible for the 17-year-old to be charged with a crime if the 16-year-old is beneath the AOC for the state in which the relationship occurs, it rarely happens.
No Yes. They can. If parents do not agree, the 16 year old can apply for an "emancipation" in court. The court will pass the emancipation if there is a child abuse case or unjust severe situation going on in the house.
First of all, a 16 year old girl is never at the age of consent unless she is an emancipated minor. Second, I still believe the rape laws apply to even emancipated minors.
