Assuming vampires exist and have 'powers' as described in most legends, there are a couple differences between humans and vampires. Vampires are commonly told to have extremely quick reflexes, super speed, and enormous amounts of strengths. They are sometimes told with the ability to fly. It is a common fact that they cannot see their reflection in a mirror and have elongated canine teeth used for sucking blood. They hunt at night because the sun either kills them or weakens them, depending on who's telling the story. There are other minor variations based on author/believer and who you ask, but those are the more commonly accepted differences.
