Raw oil or unprocessed oil is not very useful in the form it comes in out of the ground. Oil needs to be separated into parts and refined before use in fuels and lubricants, and before some of the byproducts could be used in petrochemical processes to form materials such as plastics, and foams.
I think it is desil petrol and industries but i dont know if im correct sorry if im not xx
The process is called cracking
in a fraction distillation
at the refinery
You can separate substances in a crude oil by distillation process. But you have to know what are the boiling points of each of the substance in the crude oil.
Fractional distillation.
Petroleum is a mixture of various useful constituents and cannot be used directly,so to use it we have to seperate petroleum by a method called fractional distillation of petroleum.
Crude Oil is the mixture of difference substances, substances are seprated from crude oil through the process of Fractional Distillation. the substances extracted from crude oil are as follow : Fuel Gas (LPG) Petrol Naptha (used for plastics) Kerosene Diesel Fuel Oil (used to Fuel Ships) Lubricating Oil Bitumen (used for building roads)
This process helped us to separate ex-specially for crude oil.
Purifies the crude oil coming in to be useful for Gasoline, Diesel, etc.
crude oil is needed because it is useful to use in home etc..........
A crude oil refinery is a factory. The factory takes the crude oil, and turns it into useful products, like gasoline.

Waxes are separated from crude oils in a process called solvent dewaxing. A limited number of crude oils are suitable for processing in the lube oil refineries that run this process. These crude oils must have a high wax content in the original crude, resulting in a high pour point, making these types of crude oils difficult to extract and process in other refinery units. See the excellent link below entitled: "The Evolution of Base Oil Technology"

Crude oil is simply oil that comes from the Earth. We have to refine it, a distillation process, in order to make it efficiently useful for burning. There are several degrees of refinement. At the bottom, are things like #6 oil; in the middle, are things like #2 oil and diesel; and at the top, are things like gasoline.

Crude oil is oil got from directly extracting process. you can use an oil extracting machine such as screw oil press or hydraulic oil press which are common oil extracting machines used for this.
Crude Oil dates back to ancient times where it was used as a liniment. In 1850 crude oil was refined by a process created by Edwin Drake of Western Pennsylvania.
