I have middle Back pain but left hand side. Could be your spinal erectus or trapezius. I hurt mine from lifting a heavy object with my left hand. Takes forever to heal, maybe 1-2 months, even though there is no pain when standing or walking. However, when I play the guitar for too long, it starts to ache, or feel a slight burning. I wish I could make it go away. X-rays reveal nothing abnormal.
