A legally adopted child is a legal heir at law with all the rights of a biological child. See related question link below for inheritance under the laws of intestacy.
Yes, every child has the rights to find their biological parents. For an instance their health. It's for the child to decide, give them a chance to decide for themselves. When they are adults they can do as they wish but sometimes the biological parents don't want contact and can then take measure to prevent they meet.
billy no they do not lol
In Wisconsin, it depends on who has physical placement of the child. It may also depend on who has the higher income of the both parents. It is possible that even with joint custody you will still have to pay child support to the other parent. Joint custody simply means both parents have equal rights in making decisions for the well-being of the minor child/children. The person with whom the child resides the majority of the time is the person who generally receives support to be used for the child's needs. If the time is equally divided the court will decide if and how any child support will be allocated, based upon income levels of the parents and the needs of the child.
The act of voluntarily relinquishing parental rights is never a sure thing except in cases where it pertains to allowing a child or children to be adopted. Although it is not necessary for both parents to be in agreement of TPR action, either parent has the legal right to contest the petition especially when it is made for the expressed purpose of the petitioning parent to avoid financial obligations. FYI, judges only grant TPR decrees when there is incontrovertible evidence that the action would be in the child's best interest.
If you are their legal guardian, you can collect child support from both parents of the child. If you are not their legal guardian and they just live with you, you do not have rights to child support.

The child is one again put up for adoption to a new couple.
Only if it was adopted...the only options for that child's blood type would be A or O if the biological parents are both Type A.
Yes, its both parents obligation to support their child regardless of who the child lives with unless adopted.
For a minor to be eligible for adoption they must be either, orphaned by the death of both parents; or both parents voluntarily relinquish their parental rights; or one parent relinquish parental rights so the minor child can be adopted by the new spouse of the the custodial parent; or by all parental rights be terminated by the court. A minor may only move in with another relative or a friend of the family if parental permission is granted or by a court order allowing the action.
