The longest river in Poland, the Vistula (Wisla) winds its way from the Beskidy mountains of southern Poland, through Krakow and Warsaw and up the the bay in Gdansk to the Baltic Sea, 1,047 kilometers (678 miles) long and draining an area of 194,424 km² (75,067 sq. miles).
The longest and main river is Wisla which has it's source in Polish mountains (Barania Gora (?)) and it's ending in the Baltic Sea. Oder very important and long rivers in Poland are Bug and Odra... Warta...
The three longest rivers of Poland are:
Mainly - Oder River (in Polish: "Odra") on the West, and Buh River (Polish "Bug") in the East. Of course there are dozens of other, smaller rivers which make a border between Poland and Germany (Nysa Łużycka), Poland and Czech Republic (Olza), Poland and Slovakia (Dunajec) etc. But Odra and Bug are kind of symbols, saying "behind Odra" means "Germany" to many people, as well as "behind Bug" means either post-Soviet countries (Belarus and Ukraine) or the Polish Eastern territories lost after WW2.
The major rivers are the Oder and the Vistula
