The major cause of suicide is Depression, which a lot of people go through. Depression causes you to lose interest in people and things, and can make you believe all the negative things that people say to you.
The other, related cause is the loss of a loved one or a close friend.

∙ 9y agoSuicide can be caused by a number of things, like schizophrenia,depression,anxiety,abusive relatives or parents, past abuse, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), stress,bullying, and parent abandonment. Really any bad thing can lead up to suicide, it really matters of how you choose to deal with those situations that really matters.
