Christianity itself only has a few "festivals" that are celebrated today. While the Hebrew festivals and appointed times still apply to Christians, most have dismissed them as irrelevant or they simply do not know about them as they are not commonly taught today.

Christians generally celebrate Resurrection Sunday (Easter) and the Birth of Christ (Christmas) however, at least in America, neither holiday is celebrated on the historical dates of the Hebrew Calendar, but rather on established dates on the Gregorian Calendar.

Jesus was most likely born in mid-Sept to early-Oct (accounting for the differences in calendars) and Crucified sometime in March or April (dependent upon when Passover was during that time).

As for sacraments, Christians have only 2 sacrament practices that are common to most churches today: Communion and Baptism.

Communion is the eating of bread (body) and drinking of juice (blood), or wine depending on certain denominations, in remembrance of Jesus crucifixion and death. Most Christians see the bread and juice elements as symbolic, however, there are certain denominations that believe the transfigure into real flesh and real blood upon consumption. This practice and belief is commonly frowned upon and dismissed by most. Accordingly, eating flesh and drinking blood would contradict The Bible, God's Word, and the Hebraic dietary laws.

Baptism is the process of following in Jesus' example of water baptism. There is much controversy over how to do this, what method, and what must be said during baptism. To keep this simple, however, the full immersion example will be given since it most accurately aligns with the Bible and Jesus' example.

Water baptism is the process of identifying with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. When we enter the water for baptism, we represent the death of Jesus Christ and to ourselves and our will. When we are submerged under water, we represent the burial of Jesus Christ and our will. When we emerge for the water, we represent the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the new life He has birth in us through Salvation.
