It can slow down your blood circulation or even blockage of the arterial circulation. It develops with aging, hypertension, Diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and some other conditions. it can occur because of calcification of the wall of the arteries, or thickening of the muscular wall of the arteries from chronically elevated blood pressure.
