There are 4 spells that have incantations:
1. Alohomora - unlocks, opens locked objects
2. Wingardium Leviosa - lifts an object in to the air
3. Locomotor Mortis - locks opponent's legs so he can't walk
4. Petrificus Totalus - freezes opponent so he cant move absolutely 5 minutes.

He learned almost all the spells he knows at hogwarts. He didn`t learn the unforgivable curses there and he didn`t learn how to cast a patronus charm in class. Lupin taught him about that in prisoner of azkaban because harry needs to fight off dementors.
