I don't think "High" is the right terminology. Those drugs mixed together if not prescribed can be a very dangerous combination. They can bring on a drug induced coma.
You can absolutely destroy your body if you ever take these drugs together without a doctors permission. A coma is very likely and coming out of it an happen in rare cases but brain damage may occur even if one recovers for such an event.
I take these medications every night, and nothing happens besides a powerful need to sleep after about an hr with the seroquel. No coma at all.

∙ 16y agoThese medications are frequently prescribed together, and usually do not cause a problem. Both are considered CNS depressants, so taking them together may increase the individual side effects of each medication such as cognitive function, drowsiness, or confusion.

∙ 13y agoI am taking Seroquel and Lamictal for Bipolar I disorder. If a doctor prescribes Lamictal and Seroquel together he/she is probably trying to increase the positive effects of the medicines. What Seroquel does is kind of the opposite of what Lamictal does. Seroquel, usually taken at night, is kind of a depressant used to bring down your "highs". Lamictal, also said to be used for bipolar I disorder, is used as an antidepressant, used to bring up your "lows". So together, these medicines work to treat the highs and lows of Bipolar I Disorder and brings the patient into a stable mood. Taking these medications together to treat Bipolar I Disorder would have a positive affect.

If you are referring to a drug test? No. Seroquel is an atypical antipsychotic, and currently has no abuse recognition (However, some evidence may suggest that seroquel may be abused recreationally). But drug tests will not test for it.

No. Lamictal (and I'm using a quote from healthline.com) "is an anti-epileptic medication, also called an anticonvulsant. Lamotrigine (aka Lamictal) is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat seizures in adults and children who are at least 2 years old. Lamotrigine is also used to delay mood episodes in adults with bipolar disorder." Opiates strictly deal with nerves, and are not meant to treat seizures or bipolar disorder.

as long as its not seroquel xr (youll destroy the extended release part) yes, you should be able to. I of course advice talking to your doctor about doing this first, and using a pill cutter for an accurate cut.
