You have no right to decide over the fetus or baby when it's born. You child is a minor but she decides everything about her own child and you decide over yours. You have the right to support her until she is of legal age.

∙ 11y agoIn pretty much all cases the pregnant teen can decide to keep the baby and cannot be compelled to terminate the pregnancy. Most states will allow the teen to decide to terminate the pregnancy but there is a lot of variation in terms of whether the parents have to be notified or also consent. Many states consider the teen to be "emancipated" meaning they can make healthcare decisions for themselves and their baby.
