If you are an undergrad you have to have a GED or HS diploma, for a graduate student you have to have a Bachelor's degree. You have to be at least 16, have an interview with a WGU counselor, send in all school transcripts, pass a WGU test and meet any other program specific criteria. Residents of some states have to meet other qualifications besides these.
