Overall, the affects would be the same as with any other marriage. There would be a few additional challenges depending on the couple and where they live. If they live where it is unpopular, they could both face persecution, or at the least, be isolated and shunned. There are not too many places like that anymore. If they didn't grow up around each other' cultures, they would have to expand their understanding of cultural practices and norms. There would be some minor differences like learning how another race cares for their hair, since the products used and the methods are different.

There could be occasional clashes, but that would be more from social class and upbringing, not the race itself. If someone with low income values and middle class values come together, or for that matter, people of different local cultures ("Redneck," "Yankee," "Cajun," "Bourgeois," etc), there could be occasional misunderstandings. That would because of cultures and class groups, not races. However, different races may be more likely to represent different cultures and classes, but not always.

So the affects should be the same overall as with most couples, but with variations per exact couple.
