You would need qualifications in IT first. Preferably you want ones that relate to the specific areas you want to teach. Experience in those areas would also be important. Then you would need a general training qualification, relating to how to teach people. A lot of the IT organisations also have specific qualifications for training in their products. There are specific training qualifications for different Microsoft products, like Office Master Instructor or MCT. There are also qualifications for courses run through CompTIA, as another example.
In short, decide what areas you want to teach, then get qualifications in those areas and then find a general training qualification and ideally a qualification to teach specific products or areas of technology.
There are many qualifications for a career in IT you can seek out. Most IT workers start with a University/College qualification in IT, Multimedia or Software Engineering, then go on to add a specialization in their field of choice.
