To access a particular data item in a sequential file, you need to read in all items in the file prior to the item of interest. This works acceptably well for small data files of unstructured data, but for large, structured files, this process is time-consuming and wasteful. Sometimes, we need to access data in non-sequential ways. Files which allow non-sequential access are random access files.

Just put the commands in your batch file. When someone runs the program, it will execute the commands it comes across line-by-line. - Example Batch Script: This script will run an application EXE file with command line parameters. This will use the shutdown.exe file that comes with windows. It shuts down the computer in 60 seconds. @shutdown -s -t 60 - You could also use the START command. For any command or exe file that runs from the command line, you could open a command prompt and type the name of the file followed by /? to find out what you can use as command parameters. Example: START /?

EDO Type of RAM - random access memory
There are two different types of RAM: DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) and SRAM (Static Random Access Memory). DRAM is more common. It needs to be refreshed about 1,000 times per second. It also supports access times of about 60 nanoseconds. SRAM is more expensive. It does not need to refresh so it is faster than DRAM. It supports access times as low as 10 nanoseconds.

It depends on what the random variable is, what its domain is, what its probability distribution function is. The probability that a randomly selected random variable has a value between 40 and 60 is probably quite close to zero.

Somewhat. 10% of the nation has access to the internet while about 60% of the nation has access to a telephone.

On most modern computers this means 65,536 bytes (8 bits) of random access memory, which can be both read and written. On older computers this could mean a variety of different things depending on the architecture of the specific computer, some are:65,536 words of random access memory, which can be both read and written. A word could be any number of bits in length, with values from 12 bits to 60 bits being most common. No entity smaller than a full word is directly addressable on these machines.64,000 words of random access memory, which can be both read and written. A word could be any number of decimal digits in length, with values from 5 decimal digits to 12 decimal digits being most common. No entity smaller than a full word is directly addressable on these machines.65,536 characters of random access memory, which can be both read and written. A character was typically 6 bits in length.64,000 characters of random access memory, which can be both read and written. A character was typically 6 bits in length.65,536 bits of random access memory, which can be both read and written. Any individual bit or group of bits (of any length up to 65,536 bits) is directly addressable on these machines.etc.One really needs to be more specific with units to be unambiguous.
Access time is the time it takes for the processor to access the device to read or write to / from it. To put it in more human terms: Which is faster, a train that takes 60 minutes to reach its destination, or a train that takes 70 minutes to reach its destination? The first one, obviously. The access time of 60ns will be faster than access time of 70ns
Yes, as that's interpretive and 60% of mothers use it to deny the fathers access. If there's a problem, file it with the court.
