New York City has no curfew law. Curfew laws have been proposed, but nothing has come of it. And given that the New York State Court of Appeals has recently ruled that teen curfew laws are unconstitutional (see second Related Link), it is unlikely that one will be passed anytime soon.

glendale Wisconsin has no curfew
It depends on the local city or county laws for curfew as well as the center rules.

According to the first Related Link below, in the U.S. curfew laws are "almost always enacted at the local level, by city or county government." According to the second Related Link, Hawaii is the only state that has a state-wide curfew law. The third Related Link also says that there are no state-wide curfews. So, unless all three of these links are wrong, there are no state curfew laws, except in Hawaii. I know that New York City definitely does not have a juvenile curfew law, and I am not aware of any town or city in New York State that does. According to the last Related Link, the city of Rochester, NY, adopted a juvenile curfew law in 2006, but it was ruled unconstitutional in 2008.

There is a statewide curfew against operating a motor vehicle between Midnight and 5 AM that provides exceptions and most curfew laws are established at the local level so you must check with the city police.
