The answer depends upon what you wish Vista to be compared to. I'll assume Windows XP, in which case the answer's "not a great deal". There's a major overhaul of the graphical interface. Media Center is included within the Home Premium and Ultimate editions of Vista. There's a few other new features but little worth mentioning. The primary reason for moving to Vista is to ensure that newer software can be run. At some point there will be few titles being produced for Windows XP.
