They keep charging when the monthly is below a limit even though calls are suppoed to be free and the kingpins made certain that customers can never reach them by phone,etc.Very devious people.!

1. Video phones are not all that common, and for many calls what you've got is an extremely expensive regular phone with a useless gadget stuck on it.
2. Even if the client has a video phone, it may not be compatible with the type you have.
3. Clients who do have compatible video phones can see the nervous look on your face when you're lying to them or that Mr. Smith is not in fact in conference, he's chasing his secretary around the desk behind you.
