What are the advantages and disadvantages of getting married to someone 13 years older than you?

A lot of times an older person will have financial security, and have outgrown at least some of their immaturity. It also depends on how old you are. The difference in age between 50 and 63 does not seem as great as the one between say 20 and 33? A younger person might be attracted to the security of marrying someone older and maybe the plus of the person's life experience, but may change their mind when they meet someone else closer to their own age, and maybe their friends and family don't mind or maybe they do?
