Working in group frequently is the salvation. Everybody knows something we don't know and can do something we can not do, one person once said:" Everyone is a library, though capability is different." there is non group interviews are gay x
Well personally I don't think the answer above helps at all, appearently it's homosexual though. Any ways group interviews can be done with one or more interviewers, or one or more people getting interviewed (interviewees).
The advantages:
If you have been in an interview before, I'm sure you've experienced a question that could have been answered better. So with one or more interviewees, you can reflect on your question by what the others are responding with.
Depending on what you are applying for, if it is a team play which would be really helpful, you can work together in an interview and talk to them often to show that you are a team player.
Disadvantages:
With more than one person getting interviewed, you have to impress the interviewer even more.
The interview will will be hard and annoying because the interviewer will look like he doesn't care about any of the people, which may make it hard to get comfortable.
The interviewer will like the person who stands out the most, so you have to show in a more intellectual or prove that you meet the expectations for the job.
You will get less time to relate with the interview(s).
The other people will probably copy your ideas(which would be an advantage for them) and answers which will make it really hard to WOW the interviewer(s).
It makes a person's personality stronger.
It is a benefit to have a trademark (dress code, for example) of the group because you know you belong somewhere with someone and your identification.
It helps you feel safe.
The group looks for each others backs/stick up for each other.
Sometimes, the group shows virtues like caring, trust...
A group does not usually see a member as a group member, but a member as an individual person.
That's all I could think of right now...

Living in groups can reduce costs by sharing things such as electricity bills, water bills, living quarters, etc. Workloads for household chords can be shared as well. Also, it's nice from a social aspect, to always have someone to talk to / ask questions to. However, living alone provides more privacy, but typically brings along more work and costs.
A group has the advantage of different mind skills working as one whole. This would let you see angels that you by yourself would not normally see.
Teamwork has many advantages. It can make work easier, and it can speed up the time it takes to do a lot of work.
