the engine will turn over but it wont start & if you turn on the ignition and take a screw driver & press on the pin on the end of the fuel rail (first unscrew the cap covering the pin) if Ur pump works then gas will spray out in a stream & if it doesn't work then it wont spray out or if the pump is week then the stream will be week.

I would suspect fuel pump failed, or blew a fuse. Also the fuel pump relay could have failed, or the fuel filter is clogged.
There is no "reset" switch for the fuel pump on that 94 Blazer. If the fuse and relay for the pump are good, chances are the fuel pump has failed.
The emission of the black smoke from the exhaust is one of the symptoms pf a bad fuel pump in a 2002 Nissan Altima. Failure of the cranks to fire is another bad symptoms of a bad fuel pump.
