They both experience intense emotions and are willing to risk everything, including their own lives, for their love for each other. Despite their circumstances, they both display deep passion and commitment to each other.
Romeo and Paris are alike in maybe 1 or 2 ways. Both young men fall in love with young, beautiful Juliet. But her parents aprove of Paris, but have a grudge against Romeo because he is a Montague. The Montagues were a family that were enemies against Juliet's family, the Capulets. But what's different between the two, is that Romeo wins over the heart of Juliet and they literally for each other.
