Perhaps look at the terror laws aftre the invasion of afgahnaistan and Iraq.

They broudened the definition of a terrorist and implemented indefinite detention (without charge or lawyer) for non-us nationals.This could be taken as racial villification considering the intense racial profiling after the war on terror as all Arabs and all Muslims being terrorist (This is not true but was largely a fear purported by popular media and reflected in law.)

Like all other ethnic and religious groups, Muslims and Arabs are free to do as they please provided this is within the law. There is (supposedly) no discrimination permitted in the US; policies which would be considered such are illegal.
