Scentual Soapworks makes a super sensitive bar of soap that has aloe, oatmeal and honey already in it for soothing relief.

You could also grind up oatmeal to a fine powder and soak in that.

If it's really bad, have your doctor prescribe prednisone.

I live close by the woods and have a cat and dog, so I have been through poison ivy LOTS of times. Sometimes I scratch them open, which makes curing it very hard. Most creams/ sprays may stop the itching, but they don't get rid of the poison ivy. I reccomend Ivy Dry. If you have scratched it open, this will burn a little. If you haven't scratched it open, great! If used every day, it should go away in about 3 or 4 days. Maybe even less. Even if it does burn, it is SO worth it. If you don't like sprays, there is a wash called Zanfel. It does clear it up (Not very Severe cases, but more mild.) In about 2 days. Wet the area, Squirt it on your palm, wet your hands, and rub it betwen your hands, making it more a paste, and apply to the rash. Rub for about 15 seconds or until it does not itch anymore. Wash off and wait for it to work. If you just want the itching to stop, There is a cream called Ivarest. It is a pink cream that smells like mint. It doesn't clear up the rash very much at all, but it does stop the itching for about 8 hrs. If the rash is open, this cream does not burn. Hope this helped!
