It could be an allergic reaction to something that you are eating/wearing or have come into contact with recently. Allergies can start at any time in your life so just because you havent eaten/come into contact with anything new recently doesnt mean its not an allergy. The best thing to do is get allergy tested.
Alternatively it could be a reaction to a bite where an antihistimine cream or tablets should help.

If you notice that you have a circle of white bumps on your leg then it could be indicative of a medical problem. You should consult a doctor.
if they have head then i think you might be lacking milk or fruit n veg in your diet i would eat and drink them and if tha doesnt work go to a doctor
If you are experiencing several bumps all over your legs, it could be boils; seek medical attention.

A diagnosis cannot be made from a description. See a doctor. It sounds like it may be heat bumps or sweat bumps. I believe it may also have to do with thighs rubbing together that makes bumps. I was told it could be HPV
When u shave it gives u red bumps I get them all the time in the winter, cuz my legs are dry

My daughter has a itchy bump on her wrist. It looks like a bite that she scratched the top off of. However, it has bled off and on for two days. This could be a case of scabies. Scabies cause small red bumps that itch, and often occur on the wrists, in between fingers, or near the genitals. Secondary infections due to scratching can occur around the site, making the skin peel, bleed and/or cause a rash. Scabies must be treated by a doctor.
If you live in the southern US or Carolinas it could be Chigger Bites.
This sounds like eczema (I have it).
