low pitched if it isn't obvious! The saxophone is very high pitched and it sounds like a little girl screaming at the top of her lungs but the bass saxophone is very very low it sounds like somebody is like woooooow very slowly and loudly at the same time
The saxophone has become a permanent member in jazz bands. A typical jazz band has five: two altos, two tenors, and a baritone saxophone. Ocassionally, one of the alto spots will be written for soprano sax. Since the fingurings are the same, a single player has the ability to play any saxophone, however must adjust to the size of each insturment. The saxophone is not as popular in the classical realm, but it is seen in concert and marching bands. Simply put, the saxophone makes music.

They'll be the same as the lyrics for any other version.
To play an F on a alto saxophone, you must play a G and then (if you know your fingering correctly) you play the key that your pointer finger of your right hand is on.If you have any questions at all, message me!

The answer differs with different models. There are student models, intermediate models, and then there are professional models. It also differs with which saxophone you're speaking of: the metso-soprano, the soprano, the alto, the tenor, the bari, the bass, or the contra bass. The alto saxophone student model has 22 different keys you can press down, including the octave key. That's just on my instrument, as other people's alto saxophone student models may have extra or fewer keys on theirs. On a professional model for any of these saxophones, it might have one or more extra keys to make certain notes easier to hit, as they are professional players and don't want to mess up on what they're doing. Just to make it short, the answers vary a lot.
