Specifically, the giant toad was introduced in the 1990s. At a maximum length of

almost 8 inches (20 centimeters), the toad feeds on anything smaller than itself,

including insects. When under attack, the giant toad squirts a poisonous foam up to a distance of almost 12 inches (30 centimeters).
