Basics of Personal Hygiene are to clean and keep clean i.e. on a daily basis... private body parts, brush your teeth once and/or twice a day, while bathing use a body scrub and scrub areas like under arms, between fingers (esp. feet) with body wash/soap and water. Make sure to wash hair on a regular basis i.e. atleast one or twice a week. Use a body spray or a deodrant after you finished taking a bath or shower. Use a face lotion/body lotion. Make sure you cut or shape nails both fingers and toes. If you body hair hair on ear lobes (most men do) make sure to trim it on a reuglar basis. Same rule applies to hair in nostrils. Trim it with a trimmer or use a scissor. Another important componet is to change underwear and wear fresh underwear daily. Women can take this a step further by waxing/shaving legs, arms and underarms.
