1. There would be no market established price mechanism so worth and value would be set by a committee. This would disconnect value and consumer choices so the people would be powerless to choose.
2. Power would be created by political connection. Managers and leaders would be chosen by an elite so the people would not be able to change their conditions even when they became intolerable. Special privileges and personal advantage would become the norm.
3. The general inefficiencies of an economy without the natural free market choices would create numerous scarcities and over supply and hamper the market. This would increase over time as crony political control pervaded every corner of choice and planning. Eventually the people would be reduced to subsistence. A few powerful elite would have special outlets and preferences such as medical and foods and education so the people would eventually lack what are generally considered necessities. This whole system would be enforces through various types of coercion

It would be hard to say, since Cuba is a communist country and bans religion, or at least most ways of it. I would say she might be Catholic, but until she makes her presence known, it is hard to say. Only SHE can answer that.
