Current Scott catalog value is $5.50 mint ( with light hinge) and $0.35 used. This is for a well-centered stamp with no faults such as missing perforations , thin spots, etc.
Dealers usually sell at less than catalog value, say 2/3 for lower priced mint US such as this. You can probably find a nice used copy for a quarter.
