YES! Liver is a great first meat to introduce to your baby. My son started solids around 5 months and I made pureed meat for him close to 6 months. Liver is very high in iron, protein, and vitamins A & B. I sauteed calf liver pieces with onions and carrots, pureed in a blender with some breast milk and then mixed with a mashed potato. Super baby food!
