Usually, a 4 year degree in accounting, law, language of a country they are interested in(like Arabic,Farsi,Japanese,Chinese,Russian, etc.) If you have passed the bar exam or have your C.P.A., you can apply, also. There are other exceptions, but they change now and then. Talk to an FBI recruiter.
You need a bachelors degree for one. Perhaps in Criminal Justice, physcology, things pertaining to human-sciences. Also, the FBI requires work experience of certain jobs, law enforcement for one example.
Ask your guidance counselor, because they will give you the best advice. You may not like it, but they will know witch classes to take.
They'll tell you which collage might be best to suit the field you want to be in. Trust me they will help even if you don't like it. This is most likely the best information you'll get unless somebody from the FBI tells you.
If you want to be an agent, you should probably consider getting some kind of legal degree, and it's good to have military or law enforcement experience (they prefer this). Physical fitness is a must. However, if you want to be an intelligence analyst or a research analyst, you should consider getting an Accounting or a Business (for business fraud cases, etc.) or Political Science degree, as well as any other degrees that might help, such as Criminology (if the college offers it). I plan to be an intelligence analyst, so I'm going to pursue a double-major in Business and Political Science, with a minor in either the Spanish or Arabic language. I know the FBI needs various types of majors, from science to linguistics, so there are a lot of options.
