Dr. Seuss used only 50 words in his book "Green Eggs and Ham" as a personal challenge to himself. He wanted to see if he could write a story with a limited vocabulary without sacrificing creativity or storytelling. This self-imposed constraint also helped make the book accessible to young readers just starting to learn language.
a saying does not have to be from a book to be a quote.. he probably just said it whilst being interviewed or somthing
yawn
The book is called "Green Eggs and Ham" and it uses only 50 different words throughout the entire story.
Dr. Seuss like to make up all sorts of things i.e. words, animals, etc. This was probably just a thought in his wide imagination.
Dr. Seuss he was rhyming in his one book and just made it up and just all of a sudden put a definition to it
It has no specific name to it. The goldfish is just called 'fish' (not very creative by Dr. Seuss). He did not really take the time to name most of the characters in the book.
