If you had asked who were the first human spirirts upon the earth I would have answered Satan and his followers. But as you said Humans meaning human beings then it would have had to have been Adam and Eve AFTER their fall. Though they had bodies before the fall thay were not human for they had no blood. They were spirits with a human body encasing it.
