I would highly recommend this cookbook for your Welbilt 7500 Convection Breadmaker: Bread Machine Baking--Perfect Every Time by Lora Brody & Millie Apter. You will find Welbilt recipes for 1 (Small Welbilt) to 1 1/2 lb. loaves of bread (Large Welbilt). Often finding the formal manual is hard to obtain.
Examples: Maple Buttermilk Bread, Pain de Champagne, Pita bread, Millie's Basic Whole Wheat, Hazelnet Buckwheat Bread, Russian Black Bread, Caraway Rye Bread, Simple Oatmeal Bread, Guinness Oatmeal Bread, Millie's Wholewheat Challah, Whole Wheat Cajun Spice Bread, Mustard Wheat Rye Sandwich Bread, Cornmeal Wheat Bread, Whole Wheat Potato Rolls, Oat Bran Bread, Honey Whole Wheat Bread, Smoked Tea Ginger Bread, Sweet Potato Rye Bread, Sourdough Starter Sourdough Chevre Bread, Lynne Bail's Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls, Sourdough Potato Dill Bread, Sourdough Rye Bread, Non-fat Potato Bread, Lemon Pepper Bread, Ranch Onion Bread, Fennel Pepperoni Bread, Alsatian Apricot Space Bread, Granola Cranberry Bread, Coconut Orange Bread, Focaccia Bread, Pesto Bread, Chile Corn Bread, Brioche-sweet with dried cherries, Sherried Pecan Bread, Cheese Chili Corn Bread, Marsala Panettone, Curried Pistachio Bread, etc., etc.
This book covers recipes for the: Welbilt/Dak, Hitachi/Regal, Panasonic/National, Maxim/Sanyo ( 1-1/2 lb. loaves); the Small Welbilt & Small Panasonic/National (1 lb. loaves). There are 75 recipes in this book, along with instructions/information in breadmaking. I purchased my copy from Ebay (a nice, clean copy with a spiral binding on the inside, which makes page turning easy). For the 1 lb. recipes, it makes it easy to convert for my West Bend 2 lb. Bread Machine.
