Water from my ac is draining in side the floorboard where is the drain hose on a 99 Oldsmobile intrigue
First, the "spit" is primarily condensation - the breath holds some water, which condenses inside the instrument in any number of places - and there is the problem. Basically, gravity is used to empty the water but one has to locate the water - it can be in any of the tubes on the horn. On a double horn, one can dump water in any of the valves out the third valve. To do this, turn the horn with the valves draining downward, while depressing the third valve on the Bb side - this will hold the water from going past that valve. Then dump the water in the third slide (don't lift that valve until the water is dumped from the other slides, and empty both the F and Bb third valves. Some horns have water keys and water keys can be added to horns with none. Amado water keys (small cylinders soldered above a hole drilled at the draining point) are inexpensive (ca. $12) and easy to install. Gravity is your friend.
It is a ridiculous design it actually drains inside the uni-body frame rail, you will have to remove the dash to get to the hvac unit and replace the seal that seal it against the firewall from the passenger side so it will stop leaking inside the car, or you could cut a hole inside the fender well to get to it and attach a drain hose that will drain inside the fender well through the hole that you made.
Using a slotted spoon, lift the cabbage from the water, allowing the water to drain through the slots.
Your heater core has a leak in it requiring replacement of the heater core. It will continuously leak as it is part of the cooling system for the engine, and is under pressure. Above is true if it is antifreeze and not water. Don't rule out a plugged drain hole in the wiper transmission area or water leak from the body.
on a 1990 Cherokee it is passenger side, halfway down the radiator, best way to get to it is remove the grille. The Jeep Cherokee radiator drain plug is plastic and very fragile. You should remove the lower radiator hose to drain the cooling system.
You could have a seal leaking around a door or if you have a sunroof the drain holes might be plugged. Most cases of water leaking into the floorboard would be a plugged ac drain in the evaporater case. If you notice on a hot summer day and your ac is on that if you leave it parked, you will see water on the ground. This is from water draining out of the case, but if the drain becomes plugged it will build up in the case and slosh around and sometimes come into the floorboard.
The drain hose runs through the firewall and into the frame. There is no way to get to it from the outside of the vehicle. The only way to relly reach it, is to remove the housing. I guessing it's clogged and draining either into the front passanger floorboard or into the rear passanger floorboard. There is a difference on how to handle the problem depending on which area it is draining to.
you can drain the water out by friking draining it you dimwit

Your cabin filter seal is missing or the seal fell down to where it doesn't deflect water from the inside of yhe car .
