There is a good graphic of the timeline for the Big Bang under Graphical Timeline of the Big Bang in wikipedia.org.

This suggests the atoms started to become common about 380 000 years after the Big Bang started.

But some atoms (famously carbon) require extreme temperatures and need those temperatures to remain for some (short) time to form the element. The nucleosysnthesis of Carbon requires three Helium nuclei to simultaneously collide and remain so, for carbon to form.

Read the articles on Big Bang, (BB) and Carbon nucleosysthesis or triple alpha process for more detail.

So carbon formation (for example) had to wait for a supernova to produce the necessary temperatures and for sufficiently long, for the process to occur.

So our Solar system is a third generation system. 1st generation, the BB. 2nd generation, condensation of stars and the formation leading to a super nova. 3rd generation, new star systems form, gathering up the debris from the nova explosion. (That's us).

How did the hydrogen atom formed on earth?

The hydrogen atoms on earth did not form there. It formed in space not long after the Big Bang and so is almost as old as the universe itself.

Where can you find antimatter?

Its is formed when two atoms bang into eachother. Scientists are trying to trap antimatter to study it and learn more about it.

Yes, it was during the Hadron Epoch.

Why did people believe that the solar system was formed by the big bang?

It was formed by the big bang but nobody knows how it was formed or what there was before the big bang

Where were helium and and hydrogen formed?

Hydrogen was initially formed in the 'Big Bang' which initiated this universe. Helium is formed by the fusion of hydrogen atoms, inside stars. This reaction is what causes stars to shine, and give off heat.

What is the early history of the universe from the viewpoint of a physicist from the birth of elementary particles to the emergence of chemical elements?

Once the Universe got cold enough, atoms could form. It is believed that in the Big Bang, only hydrogen, helium, and small amounts of lithium formed; all heavier elements were formed later, through fusion in stars.Once the Universe got cold enough, atoms could form. Is big bang molecules are of atoms?

Molecules did not exist at the time of the Big Bang and not even in the immediate time after. To make molecules one needs atoms but it took about 370.000 years after the Big Bang for the temperature had dropped enough for atoms to be stable.
