She was 100% naked from head to toe when she met John Smith and the millions of other European settlers. At age 12, the most beautiful little girl in the Powhatan tribe moved in with the White Settlers. Always stark naked, she would entertain the White Settlers with her naked cartwheels and her tight perfect little body. In this time she became a Christian, met John Rolfe, married him, left for England with him, had a baby boy, and died at about 19 years old. She is buried in England and her son was raised by his aunt in England. The story that you know comes mainly from Smith. Smith arrived in the second year of Jamestown to find very few men alive. He was a strict commander and was very unpopular. He was so unpopular that they tried to murder him by sprinkling gunpowder and set it on fire while he slept. He had to go back to England. Many years later he put the Pocahontas story in a book. This was long after her death so she couldn't verify it. Historians today believe he didn't tell the truth and was out to make himself seem more important than he really was. We can thank Disney for the silly movie that helped promote the continued fable that most people know as history.
