Your memory card has a bad file on it.
Copy contents using a mem card reader onto a pc.
then format the card in the pc.
then put the card in your phone and format it there.
After that see how the card is and add files a few at a time to see what is wrong.
If it is sandisk you have a five year warranty on the card

∙ 12y agoIf you are getting a Read Sector error while using your usb connection, you are most probably screwed out of luck.
Read Sector errors happen when a Hard Drive has a (microscopic) deformity in it's magnetic coating; whatever was recorded on that spot is gone. In addition, being able to retrieve whatever was recorded just before that spot, and after it, can be complicated now. Sometimes a software tool can be used to rescue the data surrounding the bad spot.
Hopefully only a single file or picture will be irretrievable. Try transferring all the other files without the offending one.

There are several types of errors you can receive during POST if the hard drive is physically damaged. It could be anything from a simple "Bad Sector Read Error" to the dreaded "Bad Controller Error". Sometimes the BIOS won't receive the error though, especially is it's a bad sector which lies past the MBR (Master Boot Record) The only way to determine this is do an entire sector scan within Windows and then try to fix the sector. Major priority here is to do a backup immediately if you think the hard drive is going on you.
