# Write down your assignments in a notebook or planner when the teacher assigns them. That way, you won't forget and get a late grade or zero. This can also be used for quiz, test, and project due dates. # Do your daily homework. It makes up a large part of your grade. Check over your work to make sure you did it right. This especially applies to math. # Study for tests and quizzes. They are important. Find a study stragety that best heps you. # Don't freak out during tests. Being nervous won't help you. # Do extra credit whenever it is offered, even if you don't need it now. You never know when you may need it. # Get a good night's sleep and eat breakfast in the morning. These are two proven ways that help students achieve better. # If you aren't understanding something, don't be afraid to ask your teacher or another student. # Take notes over your teacher's lectures. If they emphasize something, it is likely that you will see it on a test or quiz. Make sure to mark what they emphasized. # Always bring your needed supplies. Having your textbook will help you if your teacher lectures out of it. # Try to be ready for pop quizzes. They can throw off your grade a bit if you don't do so well.

Typically do can't. I am not aware of any college or university that goes beyond a 4.0 GPA.

Another Answer

You can achieve a GPA higher than a 4.0 if you take some AP or college classes with 5.0 GPA value.

If you don't have enough sense to figure out your own question, you obviously don't truly have an honest 3.86 GPA, so you'll probably have to keep cheating.
