Brazilian South East is the most developed region of Brzil. In this region is the richer region of the contry and biggest cities are there, like São Paulo (the biggest city in the country and the second in city in the world), Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais.

----

Brazilian North East has big cities too, but most near the cost (like Natal, Pernambuco and Salvador). The country side of this region has a hot and dry climate, with short period of rain during the year, it's not a desert, it's clasified and as a unique climate, called "Caatinga"

Because of the drought in a great part of it's extention it's not so ocupied and urbanized. The western side (the countryside) is most ocupied for livestock (most not much produtive, so they only supply locally), and big agricultural farms, most of them planting fruits (like orange) for exportation. Even in the midlle of the Caatinga, it's possible because of irrigation.

----

And both regions are beautiful places, both have amazing beaches, and each one has singular beauties, be them natural or not.

Economy, Weather, People, everything.

The southeast is very industrialized, whereas the North is mostly farming and tourism. (Mostly Tourism.) during the "winter", the coldest temps you will find in the north range from 70-75F. In the SE, the temperatures can dip into the lower 50s and 40s. The north is considerably poorer than the South and Southeast.

In all possible ways. Northeastern Brazil is a very poor area, with low industrialization level and low education population. Northern Brazil is mostly unpopulated. The index of inequality is high as it can get and extreme poverty and a wealth minority are the rule. Southeastern Brazil is the most industrial and agricultural producer of the country. Education levels are high and industry is strong. Southern Brazil is in many ways similar to Southeastern Brazil, their industry is strong, and they produce lots of agricultural products (rice, meat, and others). The education level is even higher and the distribution of wealth is better than southeastern Brazil.
