Make your own ground screw. Use a #8 x 1/2"or #10 x 1/2" sheet metal pan head screw and screw it into one of the holes in the back of the box. In the back of the box you might see a raised portion where the original ground screw came out of, use that hole. Wrap the ground wire around the pan head screw and it will tighten up very nicely and make a good ground.
No, a circuit box is just a metal or plastic box that encloses the wiring and has means for mounting a cover plate. Most circuit boxes are for mounting outlets or switches, but one type (also called the junction box) is only intended as a junction point for wiring for multiple circuits and its cover plate is solid (no openings). The wires that pass through a circuit box (usually together in a common plastic jacket) will be identified as:hot - black (220VAC service opposite phase hot - red)neutral - whiteground - green
mounting brackets are the sheet metal parts, which are used to mount engine or other parts on a chasis in automobiles
The mounting plate for a ceiling light is designed to be mounted to a round or octagonal ceiling box. Very often these can be installed in existing structures without too much trouble. Without the box it is a code violation. Splices must be in enclosures and hanging loose in the ceiling doesn't qualify. If you do not have a box in the ceiling, you might consider installing a box ON the ceiling. It would be only 1 to 1 1/2 inches deep. Your splices would be safely inside. These boxes are typically used in outside installations and come in white or gray and take paint nicely so no one may ever notice. This type of installation is acceptable if the box is properly mounted.
They come in many types, and are used in quite a few different vehicles. Ford's version is a gray relay with no mounting ear, and is used in the new underhood wiring modules. GMC and Chevy uses them too, but are usually black. There are look-alikes too, but the numbers on the terminals give them away. Most after market relays will have a mounting tab for mounting it with a screw. Always mount them with the terminals facing down, or they will get water inside and fail.

When installing a surveillance camera outside a home, it is important to carefully handle all of the necessary hardware. An outdoor video camera is typically connected directly to the exterior walls or structures of a house with mounting brackets. The mounting bracket should have multiple holes for heavy duty sheet metal screws. On side of the bracket needs to be attached to the wall of a home, while the other side is used as an attachment point for the security camera. When installing CCTV surveillance cameras that move, it is important not to tighten the attachment too much in order to create a movable pivot point.
