The driver's side window will not go up It is all the way down and the 96 Taurus has pw What should you do to fix the promblem and if I can't fix the problem can I just raise the window up?

Try holding switch w/key on and slamming door Could be a bad motor - see if you are getting power to it Could be a bad switch try Hot wiring across it Could be an open wire usually found in the door jamb area where it flexes
