eukaryotic cell division takes more time then prokaryotic as it contain nucleus and other cellular organallis which are lacking in prokaryotes.

secondaly in eukaruotes in germ cells meosis occur which is not found in prokaryotes

Prokaryotes don't go through mitosis or meiosis. They also do not have spindle fibers. Eukaryotes go through mitosis and meiosis: they have spindle fibers to pull apart the DNA chromosomes.

Prokarytic cells doesn't have a developed process such as mitosis and meiosis. But they do divide by binary fission. Eukaryotic cells can be split into 2n(mitosis) or n(meiosis).
