You should check to see if you are running the latest software. This happens when you are either running to late of a software, or in extremely rare cases, too new of a software (some apps do not work with 3.0 and 3.1 software).

If it never had water in it, it will pretty much last forever. Being in an unheated building should not have affected it.

i would ask the person that you bought the bike from and if it doesnt have one or youre not sure then i would install a stage 1 jet kit in. i bought the same model and it had V&H exhaust and a dyno jet kit and i had nothing but problems with it. now i have switched to a vance and hines jet kit and the bike puuuurrrrrrs like a kittin.
