Tell you somthing about New Jersey?

New Jersey is a scaled down version of America with all its differant life styles . in northern jersey you have the wealthy towns of montdale and oradell. further south you have the melting pot of Newark and elizabeth that give off the putrid smell of oil refineriesand high levels of polution that makes L.A. look mild by comparison. a littlefurther the state starts to change from urban to rural as farming takes over . New Jersey is famous for its tomatoes whic you used to be able to see from the garden state highway until developers took over the land, but get off the highway and a few miles west of it you see the farms again and have to stop at roadside stands and buy a couple of pounds of tomatoes. notice i didn't say east also that is because we are getting near the area where the Atlantic Ocean becomes our neighboron the east. round about now the signs start popping up for vacation towns on the Atlantic but we are going further south for our little spot of sand. pass the town of tom's river and seaside park and heights you can begin to smell the salt water and about 25 miles you can drop in on Atlantic city and gamble a little and get great meals in any of the casinos. after dropping a couple of hundred at the roulette wheel and a fine meal we travel 10 miles or so and reach our destination of ocean city new jerseywhere the ocean is clean and the surf is a little rough . yummy i smell the Pizza and funnel cakes calling my name but that will have to wait till we spend our energy in the ocean trying to withstand mother ocean trying to knock us down the next day its off to cape may and its pristine beach and wonderful turn of the century and older Victorian type house with their widow walks high up near the roof so the women could see if the men were coming back to shore yet. well that's about all i know about the eastern part of New Jersey from north next to New York state to the south where it ends surrounded on 3 sides by the sea. New Jersey a wonderful place to visit. but i wouldn't want to live there
