Once the sperm fertilizes the ovum they begin to divide and then move to the uterus around the 4th day once they have divided to 100 cells. The zygote (the fertilized egg) then attaches to the uterus around 10 days. The embryo begins development of eyes at 4 weeks and eyelid development in the 6th week. Eyelids fuse and close in the 8-10th week and the face looks more human at 16 weeks because the eyes face forward rather than to the side.

Sperm cells don't actually divide. What they WERE divides, and what they will BECOME upon fertilization divides, but not a sperm cell.
Sperm cell
Sperm cells are animal cells.
Sperm cells are zygotes (specialised cells with only 23 chromosomes).
No. Every cell is a somatic cell except for the reproductive cells (the egg and sperm). They are gametes.
Sperm cells are animal cells.
Frogs have 26 chromosomes in their somatic cells. A frog's sperm would be a haploid cell, meaning that the cell contains half the amount of chromosomes that it's somatic cells have. So a frog's sperm cell would contain 13 chromosomes.
Sperm cells are diploid. Since humans are diploid organisms, I'm pretty sure the sperm would be as well. - biology honor student
A sperm and an egg.
The term is fertilization, The sperm donates it's DNA to the DNA of the egg & the egg starts to divide & starts on the journey to becoming born.
the sperm cells have to swim to the ovum and then fertilise it. and the egg cells have to reproduvce the offspring
Sperm and egg cells are gametes, or reproductive cells. The sperm is the male reproductive cell. The egg is the female reproductive cell.
